This e-learning resource, developed by the Kings Thrombosis Centre and VTE Prevention England and updated in May 2013, is designed to help nurses, pharmacists and junior doctors understand quickly the concept of hospital-associated venous thromboembolism, how to prevent it and to identify which steps of the prevention pathway are necessary to audit.
